SHE STATED HER OLD CODE OFFICER TOLD HER TO PLACE DRAINAGE ROCK THERE, AND SHE DOES NOT PLAN ON PLANTING GRASS BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT WANT TO MAINTAIN IT. MRS MASON WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO SPEAK OR ASSIT HER. SHE HUNG UP WHILE I WAS EXPLAINING WHAT SHE NEEDS TO DO TO GAIN COMPLIANCE.
