DURING THE 36+ MINUTE CONVERSATION. I
INFORMED HIM THAT WAS NOT THE CASE AS I
RESPONED TO A COMPLAINT ABOUT HIS
PROPERTY AND THAT IT IS NOT MY NOR THE
CITY'S PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE. MR.
SOTILLO EITHER WALKED OR DROVE THE NORTH
& SOUTH CORRIDOR OF S. DIXIE POINTING
OUT THE "MISSING STOP SIGN VIOLATION" ON
OTHER PROPERTIES. I TOOK NOTES OF
ADDRESSES HE PROVIDED. I ALSO INFORMED
HIM THAT SOME OF THE ADDRESSES HE LISTED
HAVE ALREADY BEEN CITED AND THAT THOSE
PROPERTIES EITHER COMPLIED, ARE ACCRUING
FINES, OR HAVE NOT BEEN PRESENTED TO THE
SPECIAL MAGISTRATE. DURING THE
CONVERSATION MR. SOTILLO STATED THAT I
SHOULD LOOK INTO ANOTHER PROPERTY
OWNER'S COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES AS HE
BELIEVES THAT THE COMPLAINT CAME FROM
THIS PERSON. I ALSO INFORMED MR. SOTILLO
OF MY ZONE AS HE LISTED PROPERTIES NEAR
SOUTHERN BLVD AND BELVEDERE ROAD. HE
ALSO REFERENCED DOWNTOWN AND CITY PLACE
HAVING SPECIAL TREATMENT AS THEY ARE
EXCEMPT FROM CITATION. I INFORMED HIM
THAT NOT TO BE THE CASE. HE ALSO
QUESTIONED THE CONDITION FO CERTAIN
RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES TO WHICH I
INFORMED HIM WERE PREVIOUSLY CITED. THE
MAJORITY OF MR. SOTILLO'S 36+MINUTE
CONVERSATION WAS ABOUT OTHER PROPERTIES.
I INFORMED HIM THAT I PROVIDED 3+ MONTHS
ON THE NOTICE TO HAVE THE VIOLATIONS
CORRECTED, I ALSO PROVIDED HIM BLDG
PERMIT & P/Z POC. THOUGH MR. SOTILLO WAS
CITED FOR SEVERAL VIOLATIONS HIS CONCERN
SEEMED TO ONLY BE THE MISSING STOP SIGN
ON HIS PARKING AREA WHICH HE STATED HE
WILL CORRECT.

LIST WOULD BE GIVEN TO THE CASE OFFICER.
HE ALSO COMPLAINED THE CASE IS BECCAUSE
THE CITY IS DISCRIMINATING AGAINST HIM
BUT DID NOT ADVISE WHAT HE BASED THE
ALLEGATION ON. STATED HE WAS GETTING A
LWAYER TO SUE THE CITY. HE ALSO LEFT A
MESSAGE SHORTLY AFTER THE CALL AND
ADVISED HIS EMAIL ADDRESS IS
