TOLD HIM IN LOOKING AT THIS CASE THEY
MUST PAY THE BILL.I ASKED IF HE HAD
WORKERS AT THE PROPETY TO CUT/CLEAN UP
PROPERTY AND HE SAID YES.I EXPLAINED
FIRST THAT YES HE HAD AN ACTIVE
SANITATION ACCOUNT HOWEVER BECAUSE HE
HAD CONTRACTED THE CLEAN UP AND TRIMMING
AT THE PROPERTY HE IS REQUIRED TO HAVE
THE CREW HAUL ALL WASTE TO SWA OR CALL
AHEAD FOR A SPEICAL PICKUP (FEE).ALSO I
EXPLAINED THAT BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF
WASTE PUT OUT WHICH WAS A HAZARD TO THE
COMMUNITY IT WAS ABATED AND BILLED SO HE
MUST PAY THAT INVOICE PROMPTLY TO AVOID
ADDITIONAL PENALTY.HE SAID OK GOT IT

FUTURE WHENEVER HE HAS WORKERS AT THE
PROERPTY TO CLEAN UP AND MAKE REPAIRS OR
