REGARDING THIS VIOLATION. ALSO, I NEVER
TELL PROPERTY OWNERS THAT WE WILL SEND
THE BILL TO THE TENANT THAT MOVES OUT
AND LEAVES TRASH BEHIND. THE BILL IS
ALWAYS SENT TO THE PROPERTY OWNER/OWNER
OF RECORD. IT IS THE PROPERTY OWNERS
RESPONSIBILITY WHAT HAPPENS AT THEIR
PROPERTY.
I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE OWNER
AND EXPLAINED THAT HE MUST PAY THE BILL
TO AVOID ADDITIONAL PENALTIES AND THAT
THE INVOICE DUE DATE IS 1/16/20.
