(AT TIME OF POSTING I WENT IN TO SPEAK WITH
MANAGER/ARIEL RODRIGUEZ REGARDING VIOLATIONS THAT
WERE BROUGHT UP TO ME BY PAT ACETI/COMMERCIAL
SUPERVISOR.I EXPLAINED THAT THEY MUST KEEP
DUMPSTER AND ENCLOSURE IN A CLEAN AND SANITARY
CONDITION AT ALL TIMES AND ALL FOOD/DRINK WASTE
MUST BE DOUBLE BAGGED AND DRAINED BEFORE PLACING
IN DUMPSTER.MANAGER SAID HE WAS GOING TO HAVE THE
DUMPSTER CLEANED AGAIN AFTER THEIR SPECIAL PICKUP
WAS SERVICED TODAY.HE ALSO EXPLAINED TO THE WORKER
WITH HIM OF THESE REQUIREMENTS.I ALSO MENTIONED TO
HIM MY SPERVISORS CONCERN WITH PROPANE TANKS
STORED NEXT TO THE DUMPSTER WHICH HE SAID HE
EXPLAINTED TO STORE MANAGER JOSEPH THAT THE
DUMPSTER WILL NOT BE SERVICED WHEN THEY FIND THE
TANKS NEXT TO THE DUMPSTER.ANOTHER CONCERN OF
SUPERVISOR ACETI WAS THE THE LIGHT POLE IN THE
PATH AND NEAR THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE WHICH POSES A
SAFETY HAZARD BUT I SEND EMAIL TO CONSTRUCTION
DEPT. TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE AND WILL LET THEM
KNOW.I PROVIDED A COPY OF DUMPSTER GUIDELINES AND
STORE MANAGER RODRIQUES SIGNED FOR VIOLATION
NOTICE.
