I HAVE BEEN TO THE PROPERTY MULTIPLE TIMES UPON REQUEST FROM ROGER, I HAVE EXPLAINED THE VIOLATIONS TO TWO DIFFERENT PROPERTY MANAGERS, EACH TIME I WENT TO THE PROPERTY I WAS DOING SPOT CHECKS FOR ONE OR TWO THINGS AT A TIME. WHEN I FINALLY WENT OUT TO THE PROPERTY ON 10/24/2019 THE PROPERTY WAS IN COMPLIANCE, I DID NOT HAVE MY AFFIDAVIT FROM THE LEGAL DEPT. TO COMPLY THE CASE, WHEN I RECEIVED THE AFFIDAVIT I WENT BY THE PROPERTY TO GET RECENT PHOTOS 10/28/2019 FOR THE CASE, AT WHICH TIME THE PROPERTY WAS BACK IN VIOLATION OF MANY CASES AND THE PROPERTY WAS IN POOR CONDITION, I EXPLAINED TO THE MANAGER THAT HE GOT 90 DAYS FOR COMPLIANCE AT THE HEARING AND I WILL NOT GO OUT FOR REINSPECTION UNTIL THE ORDERED COMPLIANCE DATE OF 1/15/2020. ALL PHOTOS ARE IN THE FILE.
