WILL STILL GO TO THE HEARING AND WE WILL
ASK THE MAGISTRATE FOR TIME SO THAT HE
CAN GET THE PROPERTY INTO COMPLIANCE. HE
STATED HE THINK I AM BEING DIFFICULT
BECAUSE OTHER CODE OFFICERS HAVE CHANGE
DATES FOR HIM BEFORE. I MADE HIM AWARE I
TREAT EVERY CODE CASE BY THE BOOK AND HE
IS NOT BEING SINGLED OUT. I MADE HIM
AWARE I WILL CHECK WITH MITH TO SEE IF
THE EXTENSION WILL BE GRANTED. I MADE
MITCH AWARE OF THE SITUATION AND HE
ADVISED THE CASE WILL PROCEED TO THE
HEARING AS SCHEDULED, AND WE WILL ASK
FOR ADDITIONAL TIME AT THE MAGISTRATE'S
HEARING. I MADE ERICK AWARE; HOWEVER, HE
WAS NOT HAPPY. HE ASKED IF HE WOULD BE
ABLE TO REQUEST A DIFFERENT CODE OFFICE,
I MADE HIM AWARE CODE OFFICERS ARE NOT
ASSIGNED WHEN A RESIDENT REQUEST THEM
