| | 2019-07-24 | 12:17:04 | REINSPECTION | AT TIME OF REINSPECTION THE PILE WAS NOT COMPLIED.OWNER WAS AT PROPERTY SO I DISCUSSED VIOLATIONS WITH HIM.HE ASKED WHERE I POSTED NOTICE.I TOLD HIM ON THE GATE BECAUSE HE HAD IT NAILED SHUT SO I HAD NO OTHER OPTION.HE SAID SOMEONE MUST HAVE TAKEN IT AND HE WAS NOT AWARE OF THE VIOLATION NOTICE.I EXPLAINED THAT HE HAS NO SANITATION SERVICE THERE FOR HE CAN NOT PUT OUT TRASH FOR PICKUP UNLESS A SPECIAL PICKUP IS REQUESTED(FEE);TOLD HIM THE OTHER OPTION IS TO TAKE IT TO SWA HIMSELF.I TOLD HIM NOT TO PUT THE TRASH OUT THERE AS IT WILL NOT GET PICKED UP.HE REPLIED YES IT WON'T GET PICKED UP BECAUSE I WILL TELL THEM NOT TO.HE WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THAT;SAID HE IS TRYING TO CLEAN UP PROPERTY.HE SAID HE WILL PUT IT IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE HE OWNS NEXT DOOR AT 444 11TH ST.I ADVISED HIM THAT WASTE THAT EMANATES FROM THIS PROPERTY MUST ONLY PUT OUT IN FRONT OF THE PROPERTY IF HE DOES THE WORK AND IS PAYING FOR SANITATION SERVICE OR MUST CALL FOR SPECIAL PICKUP.TOLD HIM EVEN IF HE HAS SERVICE NEXT DOOR HE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO PUT ANY WASTE FROM THIS PROPERTY THERE.HE BEGAN TO COMPLAIN ABOUT OTHER PROPERTIES.I TOLD HIM IF THEY ARE SANITATION ISSUES I ADDRESS THEM AS I HAVE THE NEIGHBOR BEHIND HIM WHO HAS COMPLIED.I TOLD HIM TO PLEASE MAKE SURE TO COMPLY SO THAT HE DOES NOT END UP WITH $350. BILL IF I HAVE TO HAVE WASTE PICKED UP.
