WEST SIDE OF PROPERTY REGARDING THE TRASH OUT
FRONT.SHE STATED THAT THEY ALL PUT THE TRASH OUT
THERE.I EXPLAIND THE VIOLATIONS TO HER AND SHE
SAID THAT THE OWNER WOULD HAVE TO ADDRESS THAT.ON
MY WAY OUT I RAN INTO ANOTHER MALE TENANT LEAVING
IN WORK VAN (BEST AIR SOLUTIONS) SO I ASKED HIM
ABOUT THE PILE OF TRASH.HE SAID THEY ALL PUT THE
TRASH OUT THERE.HE SAID HE PUT THE MATTRESSES BUT
HE WILL REMOVE THEM.SAID THE OTHER TENANTS IN THE
FRONT WEST APARTMENT PUT OUT THE PILE OF TRASH OUT
THERE.THE MALE TENANT I SPOKE WITH REMOVED THE
MATTRESSES FROM THE PILE AND PUT IT IN THE FRONT
YARD BEFORE I POSTED THE VIOLATION NOTICE.)
