DR.ROSS AND HIS WIFE TO ADVISE THEM OF
THIS.

NEIGHBOR ACROSS THE SREET MR.JASON SHINN
ABOUT THE PILE HERE AND ASKED HIM IF HE
SAW WHO PUT THE PILE THERE.HE SAID YES
THAT IT WAS GREENZ PRO THE OWNER'S
LANDSCAPER.I ASKED WHEN DID HE SEE THEM
HERE.HE SAID THEY WERE HERE ON MODAY TO
CUT THE GRASS.SO I ASKED PRIOR TO THAT
WHEN WERE THEY HERE.HE SAID ABOUT 2
WEEKS AGO BECAUSE THE DID THE CLEAN UP
AND TRIMMING BEFOR THE INSPECTION FOR
THE SALE OF THE HOUSE.HE SAID ALL THE
NEIGHBORS ARE FRIENDLY SO HE KNOWS
THEM.I TOLD MR.SHINN THAT I HAD SPOKEN
WITH MR.MARTINEZ/GREENZ PRO AND HE SAID
THAT THEY DIDN'T LEAVE THE PILE.MR.SHINN
SAID THAT WHEN THEY DID THE TRIMMING
BEFORE THAT INSPECTION HE SPOKE WTIH
MR.MARTINEZ AND TOLD HIM HE HAS TO TAKE
THE YARD WASTE AND MR.MARTINEZ TOLD HIM
THAT HE WOULD.HE SAID THAT HE TOLD
MR.MARTINEZ THAT HE'D BETTER TAKE THE
WASTE WITH HIM BUT THEN LATER HE NOTICED
THAT HE LEFT WITHOUT TAKING THE YARD
WASTE.MR.SHINN SAID THAT HE HAD CALLED
IN TO THE CITY TO REPORT THAT THE YARD
WASTE WAS NOT BEING PICKED UP.I TOLD HIM
THAT THAT IS WHY I WAS HERE ON FRIDAY.I
TOLD MR. SHINN THAT AFTER TALKING WITH
MR. MARTINEZ EARLIER THIS MORNING HE
SAID HE WAS COMING BY TO HAUL AWAY THE
YARD WASTE BY THE END OF THE DAY BUT I
JUST WANTED TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE
NEIGHBORS TO GET MORE INSIGHT.

LANDSCAPING REGARDING ISSUE.HE SAID HE
DID NOT LEAVE ANY YARD WASTE OUT.I TOLD
HIM THAT I HAVE HAD THIS SAME ISSUE WITH
OTHER PROPERTIES IN THE CITY WHERE HE
HAS LEFT YARD WASTE SO HE KNOWS THE
REQUIREMENTS. ALTHOUGH I AM AWARE THAT
OWNERS ULTIMATELY ARE THE ONES THAT
DON'T WANT TO PAY LANDSCAPERS TO HAUL
AWAY WASTE.SO I ASKED MR.MARTINEZ IF HE
IS THE LANDSCAPER FOR THE PREVIOUS
OWNERS THAT SOLD THIS PROPERTY TO
DR.ROSS AND HE REPLIED YES.I ASKED WHEN
WAS THE LAST TIME THAT HE WAS AT THE
PROPERTY TO DO MAINTENANCE.MR.MARTINEZ
SAID HE WAS OUT THERE ON MONDAY 7/15 TO
CUT THE GRASS.SO I ASKED WHEN WAS HE
THERE TO CUT THE GRASS BEFORE MONDAY.HE
REPLIED THAT HE DOES THE MAINTENANCE ON
FRIDAYS AND THAT LAST TIME WAS ON FRIDAY
7/5 BUT THAT HE DID NOT PUT ANY WASTE
THERE.HE SAID IT'S NOT EVEN THE SAME
MATERIAL AND THE NEIGHBORS PUT
VEGETATION THERE.I TOLD HIM THE HEDGES
MATCH THE LEAVES THAT ARE IN THE PILE
AND IT APPEARS TO BE RECENTLY CUT.HE
SAID WHAT HE HAD TRIMMED HE HAUL AWAY.I
TOLD HIM I WOULD TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AND
TALK TO THE NEIGHBORS.HE SAID THAT IF IT
IS A PROBLEM THA THE WILL GO BY AND HAUL
AWAY THE PILE.I TOLD HIM THAT WE WOULD
ALL APPRECIATE THAT AND TO DO IT AS SOON
AS POSSIBLE.HE SAID HE WOULD DO IT BY
THE END OF THE DAY.I TOLD HIM I WILL
CHECK BACK.

REGARDING THE VIOLATION NOTICE AND
STATED THAT THE PILE OF WASTE IS NOT HIS
AND HE'S VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS WHOLE
ISSUE AND WHAT AM I GOING TO DO TO
RESOLVE THIS.HE ALSO PROVIDED THE
LANDSCAPER OF THE PREVIOUS OWNER THAT HE
SPOKE WITH SO THAT I MAY SPEAK WITH HIM
AS HE TOLD HIM THAT THEY DID NOT LEAVE
THE PILE.I TOLD HIM I WOULD LOOK INTO IT
AND GET BACK WITH HIM.I WAS TRYING TO
GET SOME MORE INFORMATION IN ORDER TO
LOOK INTO THIS FURTHER BUT WAS NOT ABLE
TO.I TOLD DR.ROSS THAT I WILL GET BACK
WITH HIM BY EMAIL WHICH HE GAVE ME ONCE
I HAVE A RESPONSE LATER TODAY.

CONTRACTOR'S YARD WASTE.SAID IT HAS
NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM AND YOU CAN TELL
THAT IT DID NOT COME FROM THEIR
PROPERTY.IF ANY QUESTIONS I CAN REACH
HIM AT HIS PHONE NUMBER.
