COMPLAINTS ARE STILL COMING IN AND SINCE
I SENT THE INSPECTION REPORT IN JANUARY
OF THIS YEAR NOTHING HAS CHANGED
REGARDING THE ROOF. SHE EXPLAINED THAT
CONTRACTORS WILL NOT MAKE REPAIRS TO THE
ROOF BECAUSE OF THE STEEP PITCH. WHILE
TRYING TO EXPLAIN THAT SHE SHOULD ARGUE
HER POINT AND/OR ASK FOR A REASONABLE
TIME TO REPAIR ROOF AT THE SPECIAL
MAGISTRATE HEARING ON 8/21/19 SHE KEPT
DEFLECTING STATING THAT THE NEIGHBORHOOD
DID NOT LOOK GREAT. I THEN TRIED TO
DISCUSS THE BTR/COU VIOLATION AND HOW TO
CORRECT IT BUT SHE INTERJECTED SAYING
THEY HAVE NEVER NEEDED ONE AND IF THEY
DID NEED ONE THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD A
LOT SOONER BECAUSE THE CHURCH HAS BEEN
THERE SINCE THE LATE 1950'S. SHE THEN
TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL HAVE THE
COMMISSIONERS CALL ME REGARDING THIS
NOTICE.
