SHE EXPLAINED THAT CONTRACTORS WILL NOT MAKE REPAIRS TO THE ROOF BECAUSE OF THE STEEP PITCH. WHILE TRYING TO EXPLAIN THAT SHE SHOULD ARGUE HER POINT AND/OR ASK FOR A REASONABLE TIME TO REPAIR ROOF AT THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE HEARING ON 8/21/19 SHE KEPT DEFLECTING STATING THAT THE NEIGHBORHOOD DID NOT LOOK GREAT. I THEN TRIED TO DISCUSS THE BTR/COU VIOLATION AND HOW TO CORRECT IT BUT SHE INTERJECTED SAYING THEY HAVE NEVER NEEDED ONE AND IF THEY DID NEED ONE THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD A LOT SOONER BECAUSE THE CHURCH HAS BEEN THERE SINCE THE LATE 1950'S. SHE THEN TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL HAVE THE COMMISSIONERS CALL ME REGARDING THIS NOTICE.
