THIS WAS PLACED IN FRONT OF HIS OTHER
PROPERTY A BLOCK OVER AT 427 EL PRADO
WHICH IS NOT ALLOWED.I TOLD HIM I HAVE
BEEN DEALING WITH HIM FROM THE TIME I
STARTED WORKING HERE AT THE CITY 14
YEARS AGO AND HE IS WELL AWARE THAT IF
YOU DON'T HAVE AN ACTIVE SANITATION
ACCOUNT THEN NO WASTE IS TO BE PUT OUT
FOR PICKUP UNLESS A SPECIAL PICKUP ORDER
IS PLACED PRIOR AND PER THE VIOLATION I
CITED ALSO REGARDING WASTE MUST BE PUT
OUT FOR PICKUP ONLY IN FRONT OF THE
PROPERYT WHERE THAT WASTE EMANATES FROM
AND ONLY IF THERE IS AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT.I
TOLD HIM IF NEIGHBORS ARE DUMPING IN
FRONT OF HIS PROPERTY LIKE HE SUGGESTS
THEN HE MUST HAVE EVIDENCE SO THAT I MAY
