WE DISCUSED THE PARKING AGAIN AND I ADVISED HER AS THERE IS CLEARLY NO CAR THERE THE ISSUE IS COMPLIED. SHE WANTED TO KNOW WHAT ROTTED WOOD THERE WAS AND IT WAS EXPLAINED THAT AL THE PLACES SHE SEES THE WOOD CRACKING IS WHERE IT IS STARTING TO ROT SO SIMLY PAINTING OVER IT WON'T RESOLVE THAT. SHE ADVISED SHE WOULD LET US KNOW WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETE AND WE MADE SURE SHE WAS AWARE OF THE HEARING DATE.
