| | 2019-06-06 | 13:48:54 | COMMENTS | 11:00AM I MET MS.POWELL AT THE PROPERTY AND EXPLAINED THE VIOLATIONS AND REGULATIONS TO HER.I ALSO TOLD HER THAT THE CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS IS NOT PICKED UP BY THE CITY AND SHE EITHER HAS TO TAKE IT TO SWA OR CALL FOR A SPECIAL PICKUP.SHE SAID SHE HAD PAID SOMEONE $300 FOR BREAK DOWN THE FURNITURE AND NOW I AM TELLING HER ALL THIS.I EXPLAINED THAT NO WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT FURNITURE IS TO BROKEN DOWN.I EXPLAINED THAT SHE CAN PUT THE FURNITURE PIECES NEATLEY ON ONE PILE AWAY FROM THE TREE AS HE HAS IT NOW SO THAT THE CITY CAN PICK IT UP AND PUT THE 2 MATTRESSESS ON TOP.AND REMOVE THE CONSTRUCTION/WOOD DEBRIS.SHE STARTED TO REMOVE THE PILE AWAY FROM THE TREE AND SAID SHE WILL REMOVE THE WOOD DEBRIS.SHE SAID SHE WILL HAVE IT READY AND DONE TODAY.TOLD HER I WILL CHECK ON IT LATER AND IF ALL DONE WELL I WILL TAKE A PHOTO AND LET THE SUPERVISOR KNOW IT IS READY FOR PICKUP.I ALSO TOLD HER TO CAREFULLY READ THE SANITATION GUIDELINES I POSTED WITH THE VIOLATION NOTICE TO UNDERSTAND THE REGULATIONS.
