BUT HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO EVEN TODAY SO
UNFORTUNATELY THE PROPERTY OWNER IS
RESPOSIBLE FOR THE CLEAN UP AND HAULING
IT TO SWA OR CALL FOR SPECIAL PICKUP FOR
A FEE.MR.HARDEN ASKED IF HE CAN PUT IT
IN THE FENCE SO THAT HE CAN TAKE IT
AWAY.I TOLD HIM THAT IS FINE BUT IT MUST
BE TAKEN AWAY.THE OWNER SHOULD BE
CLEANING UP THE ENTIRE PRMISES.WE AGREED
TO MEET THURSDAY 5/30 AND TALK AND I
WILL GIVE HIM A COUPLE OF "NO DUMPING"
SIGNS TO POST ON THE FENCE.I ALSO
ADVISED HIM TO CONTACT MY SUPERVISOR TO
REQUEST A "NO DUMPING" SIGN OUT IN THE
SWALE.
