PULD DUMP FEES.I ALSO TOLD HIM THAT I THOUGHT THEY HAD NO ACTIVE SANITATION ACCOUNT BUT THEY ACTUALLY DO SO IF HE WANTS TO COMPLY THE CASE HE MUST REMOVE ALL THE WASTE FROM THE SWALE AND PUT IT IN THE YARD AND ON MONDAY PUT OUT 3 BULK ITEMS AT A TIME AWAY FROM THE TREES OR OBSTRUCTION AND IT SHOULD GET PICKED UP ALONG WITH THE YARD WASTE WHICH MUST NOT BE MIXED WITH ANY OTHER TRASH.WITH REGARD TO THE WOOD PALLETS HE WOULD HAVE TO GET RID OF THAT AS THE CITY WILL NOT PICKUP THAT MATERIAL FOR ANYONE UNLESS A SPECIAL PICKUP IS REQUESTED AND PAID FOR.HE SAID HE WILL REMOVE THE WASTE AND PUT OUT THE BULK A LITTLE AT A TIME AND THE YARD WASTE OUT ON MONDAY FOR TUESDAYS PICK UP AND THE PALLETS HE WILL PUT IN HIS ROLL OFF DUMPSTER.I TOLD HIM THE STUFF OUT THERE MUST BE REMOVED BY END OF DAY TODAY FOR ME TO COMPLY THIS CASE AND WORK WITH HIM.HE SAID HE WILL CALL HIS GUYS TO REMOVE THEM.I TOLD HIM I WILL REINSPECT.
