A LADY HERE AT THE OFFICE ABOUT IT THEN
HE GETS CITED.I ASKED HIM WHAT HIS IS
HIS RELATION TO THIS PROPERTY AND HE
SAID HE IS THE CONTRACTOR.I TOLD HIM
THAT I DID NOT GET A CALL FROM HIM OR
ANYONE OR A MESSAGE ABOUT HIS CALL FROM
THE OFFICE.I CAME ACROSS THE VIOLATIONS
AND LEFT THE NOTICE.HE SAID IT WILL COST
HIM TOO MUCH MONEY TO HAVE HIS ROLLOFF
DUMPSTER EMPTIED OUT FOR OTHER PEOPLE
STUFF SO IT MIGHT BE CHEAPER TO DO A
SPECIAL PICKUP AND ASKED THE PRICE.I
TOLD HIM IT IS MINIMUM $100. PULD DUMP
FEES.I ALSO TOLD HIM THAT I THOUGHT THEY
HAD NO ACTIVE SANITATION ACCOUNT BUT
THEY ACTUALLY DO SO IF HE WANTS TO
COMPLY THE CASE HE MUST REMOVE ALL THE
WASTE FROM THE SWALE AND PUT IT IN THE
YARD AND ON MONDAY PUT OUT 3 BULK ITEMS
AT A TIME AWAY FROM THE TREES OR
OBSTRUCTION AND IT SHOULD GET PICKED UP
ALONG WITH THE YARD WASTE WHICH MUST NOT
BE MIXED WITH ANY OTHER TRASH.WITH
REGARD TO THE WOOD PALLETS HE WOULD HAVE
TO GET RID OF THAT AS THE CITY WILL NOT
PICKUP THAT MATERIAL FOR ANYONE UNLESS A
SPECIAL PICKUP IS REQUESTED AND PAID
FOR.HE SAID HE WILL REMOVE THE WASTE AND
PUT OUT THE BULK A LITTLE AT A TIME AND
THE YARD WASTE OUT ON MONDAY FOR
TUESDAYS PICK UP AND THE PALLETS HE WILL
PUT IN HIS ROLL OFF DUMPSTER.I TOLD HIM
THE STUFF OUT THERE MUST BE REMOVED BY
END OF DAY TODAY FOR ME TO COMPLY THIS
CASE AND WORK WITH HIM.HE SAID HE WILL
CALL HIS GUYS TO REMOVE THEM.I TOLD HIM
I WILL REINSPECT.

OUT BUT I DECIDED TO WRITE HIM A
VIOLATION.SAID NONE OF THE STUFF ON THE
SIDE IS HIS.SAID HE'D BE HAPPY TO MOVE
IT TO SOMEBODY ELSES LAWN.CALL HIM.
