AN INSPECTION. IT WAS EXPLAINED TO HER
THAT SHE HAD DONE IT IN REVERSE ORDER
AND SHE CALLED FOR AN INSPECTION FIRST
THE ISSUES WOULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED
BEFORE SHE HAD TENNANTS IN THERE AND SHE
WOULD HAVE BEENM ISSUED A LICENSE BEFORE
RENTING.
