| | 2019-05-03 | 09:22:33 | REINSPECTION | COMPLIED PER REINSPECTION 5/6 MONDAY.AT TIME OF INSPECTION I RAN INTO OWNER'S WORKER AND DISCUSSED THE VIOLATIONS WITH HIM AND ALSO THE NEW PILE OF YARD WASTE OUT FRONT.HE SAID HE HAD PUT OUT THE BULK AND CONSTRUCTION WASTE.I ADVISED HIM THAT THE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION REPORTS WEEKLY OF PROPERTIES WITH WASTE PUT OUT EARLY OR THAT WAS NOT PICKED UP.I TOLD HIM NOT TO PUT OUT BULK TRASH OUT EARLY AND NOT PUT PUT OUT CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS AS THE CITY DOES NOT PICK UP THIS TYPE OF TRASH/THEY MUST TAKE IT TO SWA THEMSELVES.ALSO I TOLD HIM THAT NOW THEY ARE IN A NEW VIOLATION WITH THE YARD WASTE OUT FRONT.HE SAID THEY DID NOT PUT THAT OUT THERE THAT IT WAS THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR TO EAST.I SPOKE WITH THE TENANT NEXT DOOR AND HE SAID THEY DID NOT PUT THAT THERE/SAID WE HAVE TALKED ABOUT THIS AND THEY KNOW TO PUT IT ONLY IN FRONT OF THEIR PROPERTY.THE WORKER HERE SAID HE WOULD TAKE THE YARD WASTE IN HIS TRUCK.
