PAVED PATH FOR THE TRUCK TO SAFELY
APPROACH THE DUMPSTER FOR SERVICE AND
ALSO THERE MUST BE A SMOOTH TRANSITION
FROM THE DUMPSTER CONCRETE PAD TO THE
DRIVEWAY (NO DROP).I RECOMMENDED THAT
THEY GO TO INQUIRE WITH THE PERMIT
DEPARTMENT IF A PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED
FOR THE SCOPE OF THIS WORK OF THE
EXTENSION OF THE DRIVEWAY SO THAT THEY
DO NOT END UP GETTING CITED BY THE
BUILDING DEPARTMENT FOR IT.ALSO, I TOLD
JOE THAT THE DUMPSTERS MUST NOT BE
OVERFILLED; DUMPSTERS MUST ONLY BE
FILLED TO ALLOW THE LIDS TO CLOSE AT ALL
TIMES AND ALSO THEY MUST KEEP THE INSIDE
OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE FREE FROM ANY
TRASH/DEBRIS.PAT RECOMENDED THAT THEY
MUST GO FROM 2 PICKUPS PER WEEK TO 3 DUE
TO THE EXCESS VOLUME OF WASTE THAT IS
PRODUCED OR THEY MAY GET A LARGER
DUMPSTER.PAT ALSO BROUGHT TO MY
ATTENTION THE EXCESS VOLUME OF WASTE FOR
THE CONVENIENCE STORE DUMPSTER WHCIH THE
STORE OWNER MR.KAHN HAD LOCKED THEREFORE
THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO SERVIVCE THAT ONE
EARLIER THIS WEEK.HERE MR.KAHN IS ALSO
PRODUCING EXCESS WASTE SO THAT HE IS NOW
DUMPING HIS TRASH INTO THE DUMPSTER
WHICH BELONGS TO THE CHURCH LOCATED IN
THIS BUILDING ALSO.I TOLD MR.KAHN THAT
HE CAN NOT USE THE CHURCH'S DUMPSTER FOR
HIS TRASH HE MUST EITHER GET A BIGGER
DUMPSTER OR HAVE AN EXTRA PICKUP
DAY.ALSO, PAT TOLD MR.KAHN THAT THEY
MUST PROVIDE A KEY TO THE CITY OS THAT
THE DUMPSTER MAY BE SERVICED ON
SCHEDULE;HE MUST GET A PADLOCK FROM THE
CITY WHICH WILL PROVIDE THE KEY TO THE
CITY FOR SERVICE.ALSO, I TOLD MR.KAHN
THAT THE BOXES MUST BE FLATTENED BEFORE
IT IS PUT IN THE DUMPSTER.MR.KAHN KEPT
HIS LOCK OPEN SO THAT PAT CAN SERVICE
THE DUMPSTER TODAY.I PROVIDED MR. KAHN
WITH A COPY OF THE DUMPSTER
REGULATIONS/GUIDELINES WHICH HE MUST
ABIDE BY.

NEEDS TO BE DONE TO MAKE ACCESS TO THE
DUMPSTER SAFER AS AT THIS TIME IT IS A
HAZZARD.HE ASKED IF THE DUMPSTER CAN BE
PUT IN THE BACK OR ON THE OTHER SIDE.I
TOLD HIM I WILL HAVE TO HAVE THE
COMMERCIAL SUPERVISOR AT THIS MEETING SO
THAT HE CAN DETERMINE THE BEST OPTION.I
TOLD HIM I WILL TRY TO HAVE THE
SUPERVISOR AND ALL OF US MEET
TOMORROW.HE SAID ON OF HIS MAINTENANCE
OR ONE OF HIS BUILDING TENANTS (ROYAL
SUBS) THAT HAS BEEN THERE FOR 30 YEARS
IS THERE EVERYDAY AN MR.ABDUL'S
MAINTENANCE MAN IF HE IS AVAILABLE WILL
MEET US THERE.HE SAID HE WILL CONTACT
HIS TENANT/ROYAL SUBS NOW TO LET HIM
KNOW AND WILL WAIT FOR MY CALL.
