CALLED FROM MY CELL PHONE AND MADE
CONTACT WITH JODY/OWNER.SHE STATED THAT
SHE GOT THE NOTICE I POSTED ON THE DOOR
AND ASKED WHAT IT WAS FOR.I TOLD HER
THAT IT WAS FOR A PILE OF TRASH ON THE
WEST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY.I TOLD HER I
COULD SEE THAT SHE PUT A NEW FENCE UP
AND IF SHE PLACE THE OLD FENCING IN THAT
PILE ON THE WEST SIDE.SHE SAID THAT YES
SHE REPLACED THE FENCE BUT THAT SHE PUT
THE OLD FENCE OUT THERE TO DETER PEOPLE
FROM DUMPING IN THAT AREA OF HER
PROPERTY.I TOLD HER THAT I DID NOT KNOW
THAT IS WHAT SHE WAS DOING AND SAW THE
FENCING DEBRIS MIXED WITH OTHER WASTE SO
I CITED IT AND I KNOCED ON THE DOOR BUT
GOT NO ANSWER SO I POSTED THE NOTICE.SHE
ASKED IF THERE IS A FINE FOR THAT.I TOLD
HER THAT THERE IS A FEE FOR THE PICKUP
OF THE WASTE PILE.SHE SAID THAT SHE DOES
NOT THINK SHE SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR
THAT BECAUSE SHE WAS TRYING TO STOP THE
DUMPING ON HER PROPERTY.I TOLD HER THAT
WE HAD DISCUSSED THIS BEFORE AND I TOLD
HER THAT SHE SHOULD INSTALL A CAMERA TO
POINT THAT WAY TO HELP IN CATCHING THE
PERSON DUMPING THERE LIKE SHE SAYS AND I
HAD ALSO SUGGESTED FOR HER TO PUT A
FENCE ALONG THAT AREA.I TOLD HER THERE
IS NOTHING I COULD DO ABOUT THE FEE AS
THE SERVICE FOR THE PICKUP WAS DONE.SHE
SAID SHE DOES NOT THINK SHE SHOULD HAVE
TO PAY DUE TO THE CIRCUMSTANCES.I TOLD
HER THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO TALK TO MY
SUPERVISOR LEON SO I GAVE HER THE PHONE
NUMBER.I ALSO TOLD HER THAT NOW THAT THE
AREA HAS BEEN CLEANED UP NOW IS THE TIME
TO MAKE THE AREA LOOK CLEAN AND STAY
CLEAN AND MAY BE PUT UP A FENCE ALONG
THE SAME LINES AS HER NEIGHBOR AND ALSO
PLAND SOME HEDGES OR PLANTS SO THAT
PEOPLE CAN SEE THAT THIS IS HER PROPERTY
AND NOT A TRASH DUMPING AREA.
