THE BACK UNIT, AND I POINTED OUT THE
ITEMS THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BEFORE
CAN ISSUE IT. I REVIEWED THE CASE, AND
LOOKED OVER THE OLD LIENS, AND REALIZE
WORK WAS ODNE ON THE RENTAL UNIT, NEW
DOORS, WINDOWS AND OTHER UNPERMITTED
WORK. I CALL MARK 5/3 AND EXPLAINED THAT
UNTIL THE PROPER PERMITS ARE PUT IN AND
ARE PASSED, DUE TO THE POTENTIAL LIFE
AND SAFETY ISSUES I CANNOT PASS THE
RENTAL LICENSE.
