I CALL MARK 5/3 AND EXPLAINED THAT UNTIL THE PROPER PERMITS ARE PUT IN AND ARE PASSED, DUE TO THE POTENTIAL LIFE AND SAFETY ISSUES I CANNOT PASS THE RENTAL LICENSE.
