STATED, SEVERAL TIMES, THAT EVERY TIME
MIKE CITES IT HE TAKES CARE OF THE
VIOLATION. I INFORMED HIM THAT IS HIS
RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY
FREE OF VIOLATIONS WITHOUT WAITING FOR
US TO CITE IT AND THAT HE IS, INEFFECT,
USING THE CITY AS HIS PROPERTY MANAGERS.
THIS WAS EXPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES AND HE
CONTINUED TO REPEAT HE FIXES THE
PROEPRTY WHENEVER MIKE TELLS HIM. HE
WAS ADVISED THE DATE OF THE HEARING
WOULD BE CHANGED BUT IF NOT COMPLIED THE
CITY WOULD ASK FOR EVEN HIGHER FINES.
THE HEAING DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED IN THE
COMPUTER BUT NOT THE COMPLIANCE DATE AND
OFFICER WILLIAMS WILL ASK FOR A FINDING
OF FACT IF NOT COMPLIED ON TIME SO
REPEAT FINES CAN BE RUN THE NEXT TIME
THE CITY NEEDS TO ACT AS HIS PROEPRTY
MANAGER.
