BEEN CONVERTED BACK TO A GARAGE AND THAT
A CAR IS PARKED IN IT. I EXPLAINED TO
HER THAT REMOVING A FEW ITEMS (WITHOUT
PERMITS) AND PARKING A CAR IN THE GARAGE
DOES MEET THE COMPLIANE. I INFORMED HER
THAT SHE EITHER NEEDS TO OBTAIN A PERMIT
FOR THE PROPER CONVERSION OF THE GARAGE
INTO A DWELLING UNIT OR OBTAIN A PERMIT
TO REMOVE ALL ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING,
STRUCTURAL, ETC. TO CONVERT BACK TO
ORIGINAL DESIGN OF A GARAGE. I INFORMED
HER THAT A LICENSED CONTRACTOR (PER BLDG
DEPT) NEEDS TO COMPLETE THE WORK. I WAS
IN THE PROCESS OF INFORMING MS. STEWART
