I INFORMED HER ONCE AGAIN AS I HAVE MANY TIMES PRIOR TO, THAT THEIR PERMIT WAS DENIED (FILED SMALL DENIED BIN "S"LEM) AND THEY WERE INFORMED BY PLAN REVIEWER CTHROOP ON 8.15.19. SHE STATED THAT THE GARAGE HAS BEEN CONVERTED BACK TO A GARAGE AND THAT A CAR IS PARKED IN IT. I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT REMOVING A FEW ITEMS (WITHOUT PERMITS) AND PARKING A CAR IN THE GARAGE DOES MEET THE COMPLIANE. I INFORMED HER THAT SHE EITHER NEEDS TO OBTAIN A PERMIT FOR THE PROPER CONVERSION OF THE GARAGE INTO A DWELLING UNIT OR OBTAIN A PERMIT TO REMOVE ALL ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, STRUCTURAL, ETC. TO CONVERT BACK TO ORIGINAL DESIGN OF A GARAGE. I INFORMED HER THAT A LICENSED CONTRACTOR (PER BLDG DEPT) NEEDS TO COMPLETE THE WORK. I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF INFORMING MS. STEWART OF HER EXPIRED RENTAL LIC/COU WHEN SHE ABRUPTLY ENDED THE CALL.
