| | 2019-02-12 | 08:22:18 | COMMENTS | AT TIME OF POSTING THE WHITE MALE OCCUPANT WHO HAD COME OUTSIDE WHILE I WAS WRITING UP NOTICE CAME TO THE GATE AND INQUIRED ABOUT THE NOTICE.I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS POSTING IT FOR THE OWNER REGARDING THE WASTE THAT IS OUT ON THE STREET/SIDEWALK WHICH REQUIRED A SPECIAL PICKUP.HE SAID HE WOULD LET THE OWNER KNOW.I ASKED WHO DID THE TRIMMING AT THE PROPERTY AND HE SAID IT WAS THE LANDSCAPER DANNY WHO DID THE TRIMMING BECAUSE HE COULD NOT DO IT HIMSELF AND THEY NEEDED TO TRIM THE BRANCHED BACK BECAUSE A RACOON WAS LIVING IN THE ATTIC.I TOLD HIM THAT THE LANDSCAPER/PROPERTY MAINTENANCE PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED TO HAUL AWAY ALL THE WASTE FROM THE WORK THEY DO AND NOT PUT IT OUT FOR PICKUP.HE SAID THAT HE HAD CALLED THE OFFICE BECAUSE THE TRASH WAS NOT PICKED UP AND THEY TOLD HIM TO PUT IT ON THE SIDEWALK WHICH HE DID NOT THINK WAS RIGHT.I TOLD HIM NO TRASH IS TO BE PUT ON THE SIDEWALK RIGHT OF WAY AND ANY WORKERS THAT COME TO CLEAN UP OR DO REPAIRS AT THE PROPERTY MUST HAUL ALL THE WASTE THEMSELVES.HE MENTIONED THERE WAS A YELLOW NOTICE ON THE PILE LAST WEEK.I TOLD HIM THAT WAS A COURTESY NOTICE THE DRIVER LEFT AND THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEN TO PLACE A SPECIAL PICKUP REQUEST OR HAUL THE TRASH AWAY TO THE SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY.I TOLD HIM NOW THEY HAVE 24 HRS. TO EITHER CALL IN AND PLACE A SPECIAL PICKUP ORDER FOR A FEE OR HAUL AWAY ALL THE WASTE OTHERWISE IF I DO NOT SEE THE A SPECIAL PICKUP ORDER IS ON RECORD I WILL REINSPECT TOMORROW AND IF NOT COMPLIED I WILL DO THE PAPERWORK TO HAVE THE WASTE PICKED UP AND THE FEE WILL BE $350.HE SAID HE WILL LET THE OWNER KNOW SO THAT THEY CAN DECIDE WHAT THEY WILL DO.
