MORNING AND FOUND THAT THERE IS A
COCONUT TREE IN THEIR YARD SO THE
COCONUT PALM FRONDS ARE THEIRS.SHE MAY
CALL ME IF ANY QUESTIONS.I ATTACHED A
PHOTO OF WOOD DEBRIS REMOVAL TO THE CODE
VIOLATION WORK ORDER SO THAT SCOTT DOES
NOT GO THERE.

OF STREET CONSTRUCTION.EVERYTIME SHE
CALLED SHE WAS TOLD A SUPERVISOR WOULD
BE NOTIFIED AND THAT THESE ITEMS NEED TO
BE PICKED UP BUT NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK
TO SAY THEY WOULD NOT BE COMING TO DO
THAT.THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN REMOVED AS OF
THIS MORNING WHICH IS FRIDAY 2/8 SHE
APPOLIGIZES SHE'S NOT WELL IF I WISH TO
SPEAK TO HER ABOUT THIS.LETTING ME KNOW
THAT THEY HAVE PAID TO HAVE THEM
REMOVED.SAID HAD TO DO IT WITHIN 24HRS
THEY WERE A LITTLE OUTSIDE OF THAT.THE
GENTLEMEN COULD NOT GET THERE UNTIL
FIRST IN THE MORNING.PLEASE CALL BACK
WOULD APPRECIATE IT.
