HIM THAT HE CAN NOT PUT ANY TRASH OUT AS
HE IS NOT PAYING FOR TRASH PICKUP.HE
SAID YES HE IS;HE PAYS IN HIS TAX BILL.I
TOLD HIM CITY SANITATION SERVICE IS PAID
IN THE WATER BILL MONTHLY AND HE NEEDS
TO SET THAT UP IF HE WILL PUT TRASH
OUT.ALSO I TOLD HIM THAT THAT IS ONLY IF
THE OWNER CLEANS UP.IF A LANDSCAPER DOES
THE WORK THEY MUST HAUL THE WASTE
AWAY.HE SAID IT WILL BE SET UP SOON AS
HE WILL GET THE HOUSE READY TO RENT OUT
AND WILL BE OCCUPIED SOON.I ALSO ADIVSED
HIM TO GET HIS BUSINESS TAX RENTAL
