REGARDING VIOLATION NOTICE HE
RECEIVED.SAID THE TRASH WAS NEVER PICKED
UP AND WHEN HE GOT HOME HE NOTICED THE
VIOLATION ON THE DOOR.I EXPLAINED THAT
THE TRASH HAS TO BE SEPARATED.HE SAID HE
DID NOT UNDERSTAND SO I TOLD HIM THAT
THE WOOD THAT WAS PUT OUT IS CONSIDERED
CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS AND IS NOT PICKED UP
UNLESS A SPECIAL PICKUP IS REQUESTED FOR
A FEE.THE YARD WASTE THAT WAS ADDED TO
THE PILE ALSO HAS TO BE A SEPERATE PILE
OF YARD WASTE AND NOT MIXED.THE BULK
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS IS A LIMIT OF 3-4 PER
WEEK.THE BOXES MUST BE FLATTENED AND PUT
IN THE RECYCLING BINS FOR PICKUP AND NO
GARBAGE PUT IN THEM AS I FOUND GARBAGE
IN THEM.THE GARBAGE HAS TO BE BAGED UP
AND PLACED IN THE TRASH CANS FOR
PICKUP.ALSO I TOLD HIM THAT ALL THE
GARBAGE WAS PLACED AROUND THE MAILBOXES
WHICH PREVENTS PICKUP.I TOLD HIM THE
TRASH SHOULD BE PLACED ON THE OTHER SIDE
OF THE ENTRANCE OF THE DRIVEWAY IN FRONT
OF THE HOUSE AWAY FROM OBSTRUCTIONS LIKE
CARS,POLES,ETC.HE SAID PEOPLE PARK
THERE.I TOLD HIM THAT IS WHY THE GARBAGE
IS TO BE PUT OUT THE NIGHT BEFORE AWAY
FROM OBSTRUCTION SO THAT FIRST THING IN
THE MORNING IT GETS PICKED UP AND THE
THEY CAN PARK THERE AFTERWARDS BUT ON
PICKUP DAYS PARK ELSEWHERE.I TOLD HIM
WHEN I DROP BY TO REINSPECT TODAY I WILL
LEAVE HIM A COPY OF THE SANITATION
GUIDELINES FOR REFERENCE AND RECOMENDED
TO MAKE COPIES TO GIVE TO HIS TENANTS SO
THEY KNOW THE RULES.HE SAID HE IS IN THE
BACK UNIT C.HE ALSO SAID THAT HE REMOVED
ALL THE TRASH LAST NIGHT WHEN HE GOT
HOME FROM SCHOOL AND ALSO TOOK PHOTO OF
THE CLEAN UP.
