LANDSCAPER AND HE SAID THAT HE HAS A
MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND THEY DID IT.I
TOLD HIM LANDSCAPE CONTRACTORS ARE
REQUIRED TO HAUL AWAY THE YARD WASTE
EVERYTIME WORK IS DONE.SO HE ASKED WHAT
HE NEEDS TO DO. I TOLD HIM HE NEED TO
REMOVE IT AND TAKE IT TO THE DUMP OR
CALL FOR SPECIAL PICKUP FOR FEE.HE SAID
HE WILL FIND SOMEONE TO REMOVE IT.I TOLD
HIM I WILL GIVE HIM TIL END OF DAY AND I
WILL REINSPECT TOMORROW.IF ALL GONE I
