WERE PUTTING OUT THE YARD WASTE AND SHE TOLD THEM
THAT SHE HAD BEEN CITED BEFORE FOR HER LANDSCAPER
LEAVING YARD WASTE BEHIND AND SHE TOLD THE WORKER
THAT THEY HAVE TO HAUL IT AWAY BUT THEY DID NOT
PAY HER ANY MIND SO SHE CALLED AND REPORTED IT.)

AND THIS PILE WAS WHAT THEY HAD LEFT IN
THE BACK YARD WHEN THE LANDSCAPERS
CLEANED UP AND DIDN'T WANT TO PUT OUT
TOO MUCH.I TOLD HIM THE ALL THE WASTE
ASSOCIATED WITH THE LANDSCAPERS CLEAN UP
HAS TO BE HAULED AWAY EVERYTIME THE COME
TO THE PROPERTY.HE SAID HE CAN'T DO
THAT.HE SAID HE PAYS A LOT OF TAXES
WHICH PAYS FOR THE PICKUP.I EXPLAINED
THAT THE TRASH PICKUP IS PAID SEPERATELY
IN THE WATER BILL AND IT IS FOR WASTE
THE HOMEOWNER OR OCCUPANT TRIMMS AND CAN
PUT OUT FOR PICKUP BUT THE WASTE THE HAS
BEEN PUT OUT IS LANDSCAPERS WASTE AS THE
NEIGHBORS SAW AND SPOKE WITH THEM.I TOLD
HIM I SPRAYED THE PILE SO IT WILL NOT
GET PICKED UP SO HE MUST HAVE IT REMOVED
BY HIS LANDSCAPERS OR THE CITY WILL
PICKUP THE WASTE AND HE WILL BE
BILLED.HE MAY ALSO CALL FOR SPECIAL
PICKUP (FEE) BUT HE DID NOT WANT TO DO
THAT EITHER.I TOLD HIM TO BE SURE IN THE
FUTURE TO MAKE SURE THE LANDSCAPERS HAUL
AWAY ALL WASTE.HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO
TALK TO SOMEONE IN CITY HALL ABOUT
THIS.
