PICKUP BUT IN THIS CASE SINCE I GOT
EVIDENCE THAT IT CAME FROM HER PROPERTY
THEY WILL BE BILLED AS IT WAS ABATED BY
THE CITY ON 12/7.I TOLD HER TO LET HER
TENATS KNOW AND ANYONE ELSE WHO PUTS OUT
TRASH.
