THE ROOF WAS PERMIT WAS CLOSED OUT. I
READ HIMOFF THE VIOLATIONS LISTED ON THE
ORIGINAL NOTICE TO POINT OUT WHAT ELSE
HAD TO BE PERITTED AND THEN INSPECTED.
HE DISAGREED AND THEN BEGAN ARGUING
ABOUT HIS OTHER PROPERTIES RECEIVING
VIOLATIONS. WHILE ARGUING HE STATED HE
DID NOT WANT TO ARGUE BUT CONTINUED TO
DO SO BEFORE PUTTING HIS WIFE BACK ON
THE PHONE. WE RETUREND TO SPEAKING
ABOUT THE ADDITIONAL PROPERTY SHE ASKED
ABOUT BEFORE THE INTERUPTION.

HOW HE IS POSSIBLY BOTH OF THESE THINGS
AT ONCE AND INSTEAD OF ANSWERING HE
DEMANDED I COMPLY THE CASE. I REVIEWED
THE CASE WHILE HE WAS RANTING AND SAW IT
HAD ALREADY BEEN ADJUDICATED. I
EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT THE MAGISTRATE HAD
ALREADY ISSUED AN ORDER AND WE HAD NO
AUTHORITY TO ABRIDGE THAT ORDER. THE
ONLY WAY WE CAN COMPLY THE CASE IS IF
COMPLIED THE EXISTING VIOLATIONS. HE
DEMANDED I MEET HIM AT THE PROPERTY TO
GO OVER EACH VIOLATION. I ASKED IF HE
HAD ASKED OFFCER LOPEZ TO MEET HIM FOR
THIS AND HE HAD NOT. I AGREED THAT
MYSELF AND OFFICER LOPEZ WOULD MEET HIM
THE NEXT MORNING AT 9:00 AM AT THE
PROPERTY. WHEN WE ARRIVED THERE WAS A
WORK CREW AND THE FOREMAN ADVISED US
THAT MR ALVAREZ WOULD NOT BE COMING
DESPITE HAVING DEMANDED I MEET HIM
THERE. WE ADVISED THE FOREMAN THAT WITH
THE LEVEL OF WORK BEING DONE THEY
WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO COMPLY THE
VIOLATIONS UNTIL THE WORK WAS COMPLETE
UNLESS THE DEMOED THE PROPERTY. HE
UNDERSTOOD THAT. HE WAS ALSO ADVISED OF
THE LIEN REDUCTION PROCESS FOR AFTER
CASE COMPLIANCE. PICTURES ARE ATTACHED
TO THE CASE.
