BUT HE PUTS THE YARD WASTE IN THE TRASH
CAN.HE SAID THAT PILE HAS BEEN OUT THERE
FOR A WEEK.SAID IT WAS PUT OUT LAST
SUNDAY.I TOLD HIM I WILL TAKE A CLOSER
LOOK AT THE VEGETATION AND IF IT MATCHES
WHAT IS ON THE NEIGHBORS PROPERTY I WILL
CITE THEM.I WILL TRY TO TALK TO THEM IF
THEY ARE HOME.HE SAID THEY ARE RETIRED
AND THEY ARE HOME ALL DAY AND ARE NICE
PEOPLE AND HE IS SURE THEY WILL DO WHAT
NEEDS TO BE DONE.I TOLD DANIEL THAT JUST
AS I WILL TELL THE NEIGHBORS THAT IF YOU
HAVE LANDSCAPERS DO THE WORK THEY MUST
HAUL AWAY ALL WASTE EVERY TIME.HE SAID
HE HIRED HIS OWNER LANDSCAPER BECAUSE
THE OWNERS LANDSCAPER DID NOT SHOW UP
AND HE DOES LAWN FOR MANY HOUSES ON THE
STREET AND THEY HAVE THE TRUCK WHERE
THEY PUT THE WASTE.HE SAID HIS LEASE
EXPIRED IN DECEMBER AND HE WILL BE
MOVING OUT AND DON'T WANT PROBLEMS
BECAUSE HE WANTS HIS DEPOSIT BACK.

SEEMED TO MATCH SOME PLANTS ALONG THE
EAST FENCE OF THIS CITED PROPERTY.I
COULD NOT SEE ANY MATCHING PLANT
VEGETATION FROM THE NEIGHBORS PROEPRTY
SO I KNOCKED AND THE OWNER CAME OUT AND
I DISCUSSED THE ISSUE WITH HIM.HE
SATATED THAT HE DOES NOT PUT HIS TRASH
IN FRONT OF THEIR PROPERTY AND HE DOES
NOT HAVE THAT KIND OF VEGETATION.HE
INVITED ME TO TAKE A LOOK IN HIS BACK
YARD SO WE WENT TO HIS BACK YARD AND AS
I WAS ENTERING THE GATE I LOOKED AND THE
REAR OF THE CITED PROPERTY AND SAW THAT
THE FISHTAIL PLAMS THAT WERE OUT IN THE
PILE HAD BEEN TRIMMED ALONG THE REAR OF
THEIR HOUSE.SO THE FLOWERING HEDGE ALONG
THE EAST FENCE AND THE FISHTAIL PALM AND
OTHER VEGETATION ALL MATCHED WHAT HAD
BEEN TRIMMED FROM THE CITED PROPERTY.THE
NEIGHBOR NEXT DOOR SAID HIS LANDSCAPER
IS SURE TO HAUL AWAY ALL THE WASTE
EVERYTIME THE DO THE YARD.I TOLD HIM I
WOULD GET BACK TO THE TENANT NEXT DOOR
ABOUT THE YARD WASTE.
