MESSAGE, THAT THE MAN HELPING HER SAID THAT THAT
THEY ALWAYS DO IT? OFFICER MALDONADO IS VERY
FAMILIAR WITH THIS PROPERTY, SINCE HE HAS CITED IT
SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST. THE LANDSCAPE TRUCK
THAT IS IN THE PICTURE WAS FOR THE NEIGHBORING
PROPERTY. NOT THE 324 MONROE DR. I CAUGHT THE
WORKER FOR THAT COMPANY ADDING TO THE PILE. I MADE
HIM REMOVE WHAT HE PUT ON.
