VIOLATION, WE DISCUSSED WHAT REMAINS AND
HOW TO COMPLY THE VIOLATIONS. THE OWNER
HAS AN OPEN PERMIT TO REPLACE THE FENCE
ON THE PROPERTY. I SPOKE WITH THE ZONING
PLANNER ON CALL AND VERIFIED IF REMOVING
THE APPROXIMATELY 15' OF DAMAGED FENCE
AND REPAIRING THE REST OF THE MISSING
SLATS WOULD VIOLATE THE SCOPE OF THE
PERMIT AND ERIC S. STATED IT SHOULD BE
FINE AND WITHIN THE SCOPE OF PERMIT. I
TOLD THE OWNER THIS INFORMATION AND HE
SAID HE WILL START ON WORKING TO COMPLY
THE VIOLATIONS THIS WEEKEND AND WILL
GIVE ME A CALL 7/1/19 TO ADVISE WHEN THE
PROPERTY WILL BE READY FOR REINSPECTION
