HE STATED HE WAS TOLD HIS SIGNAGE IS
WITHIN CODE WHEN HE CHECKED BEFORE
SPENDING MONEY ON THEM BUT COULD NOT SAY
WHO TOLD HIM THIS. STATED MORE THAN
ONCE THAT EVERY STORE FRONT ON THAT
STREET PUT IN SIGNAGE WITHOUT PERMITS
WHICH HE KNOWS BECAUSE THE CONTRACTOR
HIRED TOLD HIM THIS AS HE DID THE
SIGNAGE FOR ALL OF THEM. HE ADVISED HE
WILL HIRE A LAWYER TO BRING TO THE
HEARING AND WAS ADVISED HE IS WITHIN HIS
RIGHTS TO DO SO. ALSO STATED HE WILL
BRING IN PICTURES OF ALL PROPERTIES IN
VIOLATION TO SHOW THE MAGISTRATE. HE
WAS INFORMED THAT ALL COMPLAINTS HE
MAKES WILL BE INVESTIGATED AS CODE
