IF SHE DOES NOT PLAN TO GO THROUGH WITH
THE PERMITTING PROCESS. THE PERMIT WAS
APPLIED FOR ON 11/2/18 AND THE OWNER
REQUESTED THE PERMIT BE REVOKED ON
4/22/19, WHICH WAS AFTER THE COMPLIANCE
DATE. THE PROPERTY WAS NOT IN COMPLIANCE
BECAUSE THE SWALE WAS NOT SODDED AND THE
TRASH CAN WAS STILL BEING KEPT IN THE
FRONT OF THE HOUSE. I SPOKE WITH LATOYA
AND HER HUSBAND ON 8/29/19 AND THEY WERE
BOTH UPSET THAT THE PROPERTY IS STILL
RUNNING FINES. I MADE THEM BOTH AWARE
THAT THE PROPERTY HAS TO BE IN FULL
COMPLIANCE, AND CORRECTING ONE OF THE
THREE VIOLATION WILL NOT PUT THE
PROPERTY IN COMPLIANCE. SHE STATED THEY
FORGOT TO PUT THE TRASH CAN IN THE DATE
OF THE COMPLIANCE AND GRASS WAS PLANTED.
I MADE HER AWARE I WILL GO OUT TO DO THE
COMPLIANCE WHEN THE PROPERTY IS IN FULL
COMPLIANCE.I ADVISED HER TO CALL ME WHEN
THEY ARE READY FOR THE PROPERTY TO BE
REINSPECTED. SHE STATED SHE WANTED TO
SPEAK WITH MITCH I GAVE HER THE NUMBER
TO CONTACT MITCH.

PROPERTY. SHE ASKED FOR INFORMATION ON A
LIEN REDUCTION, I MADE HER AWARE THE
PROPERTY OWNER HAS TO APPLY. SHE ASKED
ME HOW SHOULD SHE APPROACH THIS MATTER
AND I MADE HER AWARE THIS IS A CIVIL
MATTER AND I CANNOT GIVE HER ANY LEGAL
ADVISE; THEREFORE, SHE WILL NEED TO
CONTACT HER ATTORNEY. SHE STATED SHE IS
THE LIEN HOLDER AND SHE WILL CINTACT HER
ATTORNEY ON HOW TO APPROACH THE ISSUE.
