I SPOKE WITH LATOYA AND HER HUSBAND ON 8/29/19 AND THEY WERE BOTH UPSET THAT THE PROPERTY IS STILL RUNNING FINES. I MADE THEM BOTH AWARE THAT THE PROPERTY HAS TO BE IN FULL COMPLIANCE, AND CORRECTING ONE OF THE THREE VIOLATION WILL NOT PUT THE PROPERTY IN COMPLIANCE. SHE STATED THEY FORGOT TO PUT THE TRASH CAN IN THE DATE OF THE COMPLIANCE AND GRASS WAS PLANTED. I MADE HER AWARE I WILL GO OUT TO DO THE COMPLIANCE WHEN THE PROPERTY IS IN FULL COMPLIANCE.I ADVISED HER TO CALL ME WHEN THEY ARE READY FOR THE PROPERTY TO BE REINSPECTED. SHE STATED SHE WANTED TO SPEAK WITH MITCH I GAVE HER THE NUMBER TO CONTACT MITCH.
