| | 2018-09-05 | 09:54:25 | COMMENTS | I WENT BY PROPERTY ON WAY TO REINSPECT ANOTHER PROPERTY AND NOTICED SOMEONE CLEANING INSIDE OF HOUSE SO I STOPPED.TURNED OUT TO BE THE OWNER SHAWN MARDER SO I DISCUSSED THE PLACEMENT OF THE NEW PILE WHICH I ADVISED HIM WAS PICKED UP BY THE CITY AND HE WILL BE BILLED FOR THE PICKUP.HE WAS NOT HAPPY.HE SAID HE WILL GO TO HEARING TO TRY AND HAVE THE BILL REMOVED.I EXPLAINED THAT ALL THE TRASH FROM THIS HOUSE SHOULD BE PLACED IN THE CENTER OF THE PROPERTY AND NOT AT THE PROPERTY LINE AND ESPECIALLY NOT IN FRONT OF THE VACANT LOT NEXT DOOR.HE SAID HE KNOW BECAUSE NO ONE PAYS FOR TRASH PICKUP FOR VACANT LOT.I ALSO ADVISED HIM THAT I NOTICED THAT SOME OF THE BULK TRASH WAS PUT IN THE TRASH CAN.I TOLD HIM BULK TRASH HAS TO BE PUT OUT ON THE STREET CURB AND NOT IN THE CAN AND THE LIMIT IS 3 ITEMS PER WEEK.I TOLD HIM THE TRASH CAN IF FOR HOUSEHOLD BAGGED UP GARBAGE.
