CLEAN UP THE PROPERTY.I TOLD HIM THAT
THIS LOT ALWAYS HAD TRASH ON IT WHICH I
DON'T BELIEVE HE PUT THAT BUT IT IS
DUMPED THAT AND I ALWAYS TRY TO GO THRU
THE TRASH TO FIND EVIDENCE ON MAIL OR
SOMETHING TO BE ABLE TO CITE THE
PROPERTY IT IS COMING BROM BUT I HAVE
NOT BEEN ABLE TO.I TOLD HIM THAT THE
CITY NOW HAS PUT THE RESPONSABILITY BACK
ON THE PROPERTY OWNERS TO ADDRESS THE
TRASH ON THE PROPERTY AND THE CITY NO
LONGER JUST HAS THE TRASH CLEANED UP FOR
NO CHARGE.HE SAID HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT
TO DO.I TOLD HIM THAT AS A DETERANT HE
SHOULD INSTALL A FENCE WITH PERMITS SO
THAT AT LEAST THE VOLUME OF TRASH
HOPEFULLY WON'T BE DUMPED ON THE
PROPERTY ALTHOUGH IT DOESN'T MEAN THAT
PEOPLE WON'T THROW TRASH OVER THE FENCE
STILL OR DUMP IN FRONT OUTSIDE THE
FENCE.I ALSO TOLD HIM TO HAVE SOMEONE GO
BY MORE FREQUENTLY TO CHECK ON THE PLACE
AND NOT WAIT UNITL THE PILE IS HUGE AND
CLEAN IT UP.IF THEY FIND EVIDENCE LIKE
MAIL IN THE PILE THAT IT CAME FROM AN
ADDRESS TO LET ME KNWO SO THAT I CAN
CITED THAT PROPERTY.HE ASKED WHAT IF
THEY DUMP ON THE STREET IN FRONT.I TOLD
HIM THAT THE CODE ORDINANCE REQUIRED
THAT EVERY PROPERTY OWNER WHOS PROPERTY
ADJOINS HALF THE STREET R-O-W OR ALLEY,
OR SWALE/PARKWAY OR EASEMENT IS REQUIRED
TO KEEP IT FREE FROM GARBAGE, LITTER AND
REFUSE SO HE WOULD STILL BE RESPONSIBLE
FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE TRASH.I TOLD HIM
IF I CITE THE PROPERTY AND HAVE THE CITY
PICKUP THE TRASH THE FEES ARE NOW AT
LEAST $300.PLUS FEES SO PLEASE KEEP A
CLOSER EYE ON THE PROPERTY AND CLEAN IT
UP.I TOLD HIM I HAVE NOT GONE BY LATELY
BUT HE SHOULD CHECK ON IT AS I AM SURE
THAT IS TRASH THERE TO BE CLEANED UP.HE
SAID HE WILL SENT HIS GUY TO GO CHECK ON
IT AND WILL HAVE HIM START TO GO MORE
FREQUENTLY.SAID HE WILL PAY THE BILL.
