EMANATION FROM THEIR WORK.
3.IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL TO RAKE, BLOW, OR OTHERWISE
DEPOSIT YARD AND GARDEN WASTES INTO THE STREET,
STREET GUTTER, CATCH BASIN, SIDEWALK AND ANY OTHER
PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
4.NO RESIDENTIAL OR AUTOMATED SERVICE CONTAINER
SHALL BE PLACED OR MAINTAINED UPON OR ADJACENT TO
ANY STREET, SIDEWALK, PARKWAY, FRONT YARD OR OTHER
