AS THE BOARD MEMBERS MAKE A LIVING
FLIPPING DISTRESSED PROPERTIES. HE ALSO
ADVISED THEY TIMED IT FOR NOW ON PURPOSE
AS HIS MOTHER JUST DIED AND IT WAS HER
PROPERTY. ALSO STATED HE WAS UNSURE OF
WHAT NEEDED TO BE PAINTED AND HE NEEDED
MORE TIME TO FIX EVERYTHING, ESPECIALLY
THE FENCE, AS IT WAS DAMAGED IN A HIT
AND RUN ACCIDENT AND HE'S STILL WAITING
ON AN ISSURANCE SETTLEMENT. AFTER
ASKING HIM SEVERAL TIMES HE STATED HE
WOULD NEED ANOTHER MONTH. I ADVISED HIM
THE DATE WILL BE CHANGED TO 7/18/18 AND
HE WILL RECEIVE A NEW NOTICE REFLECTING
THE CHANGE. HE THEN STATED HE WAS GOING
TO SUE THE HOA AND IS FRIEND'S WITH
MICHAEL MOORE AND WILL BRING HIM TO WEST
PALM BEACH TO DO A FILM ON HOAS AND CODE
ENFORCEMENT. AT THE END HE WAS
TRANSFERRED TO CASE OFFICER SO THE PAINT
ISSUES CAN BE EXPLAINED IN DETAIL.
