NEEDS TO BE DONE TO COMPLY.SHE SAID SHE WILL
CONTACT THEIR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE COMPANY AFTER
SHE TAKES PHOTOS AND HAVE IT ALL CLEANED UP.SHE
SAID IT WASN'T LIKE THIS WHEN SHE HAD TENANTS MOVE
OUT THE DAY BEFORE.I TOLD HER I WILL GIVE HER TIME
FOR CONTRACTORS TO CLEAN UP.KIMBERLY JAMES SIGNED
