PROBABLY PUT IT THERE BECAUSE HIS LAWN IS NOT AS
NICE AS HIS HEIGHBORS.WANTS TO KNOW IF ANYTHING
CAN BE DONE ABOUT THAT.

ASKED HIM IF HE PUT ANY OF THE YARDWASTE OUT.HE
SAID HE DID NOT PUT ANY YARD WASTE OUT/SAID IT IS
ALL FROM THE NEIGHBOR.I TOLD HIM I WILL LOOK INTO
