WENT OVER ALL VIOLATIONS ON THE NOTICE,
SPECIFICALLY THE 4 VEHICLES NONE OF
WHICH ARE CURRENTLY REGISTERED (2 HAVE
NO TAG AT ALL), TWO OF HAVE FLAT TIRES
AND ONE IS PARKED OFF PAVED AREA.
DISCUSSED EXTERIOR OF RESIDENCE BOTH
CLEANING & PAINTING, REPAIR OF
DRIVEWAY/PARKING AREAS, OUTSIDE STORAGE
ISSUES, TRASH CANS STORED IN VIEW, AND
LANDSCAPE REPAIR OF THE BARE SPOTS. ALSO
ADVISED FOR ANY MAJOR JOBS SUCH AS
REDOING THE DRIVEWAY THEY SHOULD CHECK
AND SEE IF PERMITS ARE REQUIRED.
DISCUSSED THE REAR STRUCTURE AS WELL AND
ADVISED THEM IT WASN'T BEING CITED AT
THIS TIME BUT THEY EXTERIOR NEEDS
MAINTENANCE AND THE ROOF NEEDS TO BE
FINISHED. THEY STATED POINT OF CONTACT
FOR ALL OF THIS WILL BE THEIR DAUGHTER
TIFFANY MURGA WHO WAS PRESENT FOR ALL OF
THIS. HER NUMBER IS (561) 294-0349.
OWNERS ADVISED THE TENNANTS ARE GOOD
TENNANTS BUT THEY WON'T RESPOND TO
REQUESTS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE
VEHICLES. INFORMED THEM WHILE THE CITY
UNDERSTANDS TENANT ISSUES IT IS
ULTIMATELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE
PROPERTY OWNERS TO MAINTAIN COMPLIANCE
WITH CITY CODE. THEY ASKED IF THE CITY
COULD STICKER AND TOW THE VEHICLES AND I
EXPLAINED WE COULD NOT DO THAT ON
PRIVATE PROPERTY. IN AN EFFORT TO
RESOLVE THE VIOLATION I PLACED A
COURTESY NOTICE ON EACH OF THE FOUR
VEHICLES THAT STATED IF NOT ISSUE NOT
RESOLVED IN 10 DAYS THE VEHCILES WILL BE
TICKETED. THIS WAS AFTER OBTAINING THEIR
PERMISSION TO BE ON THEIR PROPERTY TO
RETURN AND ISSUE TICKETS. EXPLAINED TO
THEM THIS IS A ONE TIME OCCURRENCE AS WE
WILL NOT KEEP RETURNING TO TICKET THESE
VEHICLES. NOTICES ATTACHED TO CASE.
