IN SUCH LOCATIONS AS APPROVED BY THE CITY SO THAT

THE SWALE SO THAT THE DUMPSTER COULD BE
ROLLED OUT THERE.I ADVISED HIM THAT I
DON'T THINK THAT WOULD BE ALLOWED MAYBE
THE GATE COULD BE PUT ON THE NORTH SIDE
OF THE FENCE AND THAT AREA OF THE
EASEMENT/ALLEY COULD BE PAVED OR POUR
CONCRETE BUT ALL THAT MUST BE DONE WITH
PERMITS FROM THE CITY.HE SAID HE WOULD
TALK WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER FIRST.

CONCRETE SLAB AND FENCE ENCLOSURE MONDAY
OF NEXT WEEK. THE SLAB AND STRUCTURE
INSPECTIONS WILL BE COORDINATED WITH THE
CITY ACCORDINGLY ON MONDAY/ TUESDAY OF
NEXT WEEK AS WE PROGRESS.

HI CARLOS,
SORRY FOR THE DELAYED REPLY, I JUST
RETURNED FROM VACATION THIS MORNING AND
HAVE A LOT OF CATCHING UP TO DO. I GOT
IN TOUCH WITH THE OWNERS TO CLARIFY WHAT
HAS HAPPENED. APPARENTLY THE OWNER HAD A
PROBLEM WITH THE GC WHO BASICALLY BACKED
AWAY FROM THE UNDERSTANDING THEY HAD
BETWEEN THEM SO HE WAS FORCED TO CANCEL
THE JOB WITH HIM LAST MINUTE AND FIND AN
ALTERNATE GC WHICH HE HAS DONE
SUCCESSFULLY. A PERMIT APPLICATION WAS
SUBMITTED SUCCESSFULLY TODAY AND THEY
TOLD US THAT DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS
PROJECT IT'S NOT AN OVER THE COUNTER
TYPE OF APPLICATION, INSTEAD, PLANNING
WILL REVIEW IT FIRST AND WILL ISSUE THE
PERMIT NEXT WEEK. THEY'RE SUPPOSE TO
CALL THE GC AND LET HIM KNOW WHEN TO
COME AND PICK UP THE PERMIT. IF YOU
WISH, I CAN KEEP YOU UP TO DATE WITH THE
STATUS OF THE PROJECT VIA EMAIL EVERY
NOW AND THEN.
