HIM ABOUT THE FENCE BEING REMOVED BY
6-15-17 AND POSSIBLY PROVIDING AN ACTION
PLAN FOR THE CHRONIC NUISANCE CASE.
ALSO, BORSO ATTEMPTING TO TO SEE IF "NO
DUMPING" SIGNS CAN BE MADE AVAILABLE.
LATER IN THE MORNING MR. FISHMAN SENT IN
TWO MORE EMAILS AND LEFT AN ADDITIONAL
MESSAGE ADVISING THE FENCE IS DOWN AND
REQUESTING HE BE CONTACTED BY 11:00 AM
TOMORROW MORNING TO CONFIRM THIS. THE
EMAILS CONTAINED A PICTURE CLEARLY
SHOWING THE FENCE BEING GONE. EMAILED
HIM ADVISING THE PICTURE IS ADEQUATE FOR
DETERMINING THE FENCE IS GONE BUT I
WOULD DRIVE BY IN THE MORNING AND
CONTACT HIM IF THERE IS AN ISSUE. ALSO
ADVISED THERE IS NO WAY TO TELL IF THAT
WOULD BE BY 11:00 AM AS HE REQUESTED.

BEFORE REPLYING. RESPONSE ADVISED WHEN
HE PURCHASED THE PROPERTY (2004),
DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURE ON PROPERTY
(2009) WHICH SHOWS NO FENCE AT THAT
TIME, AND A 2014 CASE WHERE THERE IS NO
FENCE IN THE PICTURE. ALSO GAVE DATES
FOR WHEN I PREVIOUSLY BROUGHT THE MATTER
TO HIS ATTENTION. HE ALSO STATED HE IS
LEAVING THE COUNTRY ON 6/7/17 TO RETURN
6/27/17 AND WILL MAKE CONTACT ONCE HE
HAS RETURNED. IN ADDITION TO THE TWO
EMAILS HE ALSO LEFT THE SAME PHONE
