AT THIS TIME HE INTERUPPTED HIS INQUIRY TO ASK WHY THE HOUSE TO HIS EAST (500 50TH STREET) ISN'T CITED. REMINDED HIM THAT THIS WAS DISCUSSED PREVIOUSLY AND OFFERED TO FORWARD THE COMPLAINT TO THE ZONE OFFICER. THEN ALSO ASKED HIM IF PROPERTY IS STILL RENTED AND HE ADVISED IT WAS AT WHICH POINT HE WS INFORMED THERE IS ANOTHER CASE ON THIS PROPERTY ACCRUING $100 PER DAY IN FINES FOR NOT HAVEING A RENTAL LICENSE AND GAVE HIM CONTACT INFORMATION FOR OFFICER K. LAVINE REGARDING THAT CASE. HE STATED HE WOULD COME IN "TOMORROW" (6-7-17) AND TAKE CARE OF ALL OF IT.
