I THEN ASKED HER TO TELL HIM THE CASE WAS NOT OVER AS HIS ACTION PLAN TURNED IN YESTERDAY WAS NOT ADEQUATE AND THAT WAS THE THIRD TRY SO HE WILL RECEIVE A VIOLATION NOTICE. HE ASKED TO BE TOLD, AGAIN, WHAT VIOLATIONS STILL EXIST. I HAD ADVISED HIM OF ALL OF THIS YESTERDAY. I PRINTED PICTURES OF THE VIOLATIONS AND CIRCLED THE VIOLATION IN EACH PICTURE. HILAIRE WENT THROUGH EACH PICTURE, 3 TIMES, EXPLANING EACH VIOLATION. WE REMINDED HIM WILL RECEIVE A VIOLATION NOTICE WITH A HEARING DATE AND ALSO ADVISED HIM THE NOTICE WILL ADVISE WHAT HE NEEDS TO DO TO SPEAK AT THE HEARING. A THE END WE EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT ALL OF THIS HAS BEEN EXPLAINED TO HIM NUMEROUS TIMES, INCLUDING THREE TIMES, TODAY AND THAT WE WOULD NOT MEET WITH HIM AGAIN FOR THIS. I ADVISED L. BORSO OF BOTH HIS OFFER TO GIVE ME A CHECK AND THAT WE TOLD HIM WE WOULD NOT MEET AGAIN.
