ADVISING THE TRUCK WAS ENROUTE AND I MET
THE DRIVE THERE AT 9:39 AM. DRIVER
ASKED ADVISED HE WAS THERE TO TOW THE
CAMARO AND ADVISED HIM WHAT WAS NEEDED
AND WHAT HIS DISPATCH STATED. HE THEN
DEMANDED TO KNOW UNDER WHOSE AUTHORITY
THE VEHICLES WERE BEING TOWED. HE DID
NOT ACCEPT THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH
AS AN ANSWER. HE THEN STATED HE NEEDED
A STORAGE SLIP AND A REPORT NUMBER. I
CONTACTED HIS DISPATCH FOR CLARIFICATION
AS THEY HAD STATED THEY NEEDED NOTHING
ON SCENE. DISPATCH STATED JUST THE
REPORT NUMBER WAS FINE AND THEY WOULD
REMIND THE DRIVER THERE IS THREE
VEHICLES BEING TOWED AND HE IS SUPPOSED
TO TAKE TWO. SHE ALSO STATED A 2ND TRUCK
WAS ENROUTE TO TOW THE THIRD VEHICLE.
THE SECOND TRUCK ARRIVED AT 10:00 AM AND
ASSISTED THE FIRST DRIVER IN HOOKING UP
THE TWO PICKUP TRUCKS. THAT WAS
COMPLETE AT 10:09 AM AND BOTH DRIVERS
PROCEEDED TO HOOK UP THE CAMARO TO THE
2ND TRUCK. AT 10:24 AM BOTH TRUCKS
DEPARTED. THE ONLY VEHICLE STILL ON
PROPERTY IS THE BOAT (AND TRAILER) ON
THE WEST SIDE OF THE HOUSE. WILL CONFER
WITH L. BORSO TO DECIDE IF TOWING AND
WILL CONTACT WPB PD OFFICER MOMIROVICH
TO DETERMINE IF BOAT OR TRAILER IS
STOLEN. LANDSCAPE NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED
