HE THEN DISPUTED THE ORIGINALLY ADJUDICATED CASE SAYING HE HAD NO NOTICE AND WAS REFERRED TO THAT CASE OFFICER, A. LOPEZ. DURING THE CALL IT WAS EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT AN ACTION PLAN IS REQUIRED AND WHAT AN ACTION PLAN IS.
