NEIGHBORS THAT STATED THE SPECIFIC DATES
THEY HAD CONTACTED THE PROPERTY MANAGER
AT ILLUSTRATED PROPERTIES AND MADE THEM
AWARE OF THE PROBLEM - AND THE LACK OF
RESPONSE FROM THE PROPERTY MANAGER.
I INFORMED HIM THAT BECAUSE THIS
PRESENTS A HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE (RAW
SEWAGE SHOOTING OUT OF THE PIPE)THE
VIOLATION MUST BE COMPLIED WITHIN 24
HOURS AND THAT I WAS SCHEDULING THIS FOR
THE FIRST AVAILABLE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE
HEARING ON MARCH 1. I FULLY EXPLAINED
THE PROCESS AND HE SAID THAT HE
UNDERSTOOD AND WAS SENDING A PLUMBER OUT
TODAY TO AT LEAST PROVIDE A SUFFICIENT
TEMPORARY FIX AND WILL FOLLOW THROUGH
WITH A PERMANENT FIX.
